The Nottingham & Notts Bank Head Office (Now a clothing store) Thurland Street This is another very fine building by Nottingham architect Watson Fothergill, built between 1877 and 1882 On this one he must have had an almost limitless budget and it shows in the abundance of detail and in the materials used. I've not seen all his designs, but this has to be one of the best.
