The Admiral Rodney Public House Wollaton Road, Wollaton This sign on the public house is from a painting done in 1791 by Jean-Laurent Mosnier of Admiral George Brydges Rodney, 1st Baron Rodney. He was most famous for his defeat of the French in the Battle of the Saintes off Dominica in 1782 and was a relative of the Willoughby family.
