Turn Table Ladders appear to have gone out of favor these days. This one is only a tiny example when compared to the one that was based at Central Fire Station in the 1940's & early 50's. It was a Dennis / Merryweather with a 100ft ladder It was my favorite engine and had a large brass bell that I was sometimes allowed to ring.
