Fletcher Gate View from junction with Victoria Street These new buildings are on the fringe of the Lace Market and it is clear that the architects have gained more than a little inspiration from the old factories on Broardway off Stoney Street. The result is an excellent blend of modern design with 19th century materials for the external cladding producing a building that fits in well with its surroundings.
