41 Pilcher Gate Viewed from St. Mary's Gate This old house stands on the corner at the end of Pilcher Gate at its junction with St. Mary's Gate. It is the only period building on that gate that has not been either demolished or restored and is presently on the 'At Risk' register. Cleaned up it would make a rather fine city residence and I hope it will be saved.
