This building dates from 1902 and I have been informed by a visitor to this site that it was originally built as a livery stable with warehouse accommodation above. I have always been intrigued by the ground floor windows and the reason for them now becomes clear. The building was most recently used as a Cantonese restaurant, but that closed down in 1997 This view shows the Wollaton Street side |
